His academic foundation is built on an MBBS and MS (General Surgery), followed by extensive super-specialty training in some of the world's most prestigious institutions. He holds a Fellowship in HPB and Liver Transplantation from Max Healthcare, New Delhi, and a prestigious ASTS – Abdominal Organ Transplant Fellowship from the USA.
As a specialist in complex hepatobiliary and multi-organ procedures, Dr. Jagdale’s expertise covers Liver Transplantation, Intestinal and Pancreas Transplantation, and Multivisceral Transplantation. His training also includes specialized Intestinal Transplantation & Rehabilitation Training, allowing him to provide comprehensive care for patients with severe organ failure. His global exposure is further highlighted by his work as a Visiting Scientist in Xenotransplantation Research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), USA.
